2. After arguing for sometime, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that if the learned trial court is directed to dispose of the matter positively within six months, he would not press his petition.

3. Learned counsel for the respondent has no objection, if this Court disposes of the petition with aforesaid direction.

4 In the light of facts and circumstances, learned Munsif (1st), Munger is directed to dispose of Eviction Suit No. 02 of 2022 within six months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order positively and send a

Patna High Court C.Misc. No.33 of 2023(5) dt.11-07-2024 2/2 report to this Court.

5. The parties are directed to cooperate in early disposal of the suit and it is excepted that they would not take unnecessary adjournment.

6. With the aforesaid observation and direction, the instant petition stands disposed of.
