The petitioner seeks bail in Barsoi P.S. Case No. 09 of 2015, registered for the offences punishable under Section 420 and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioner was apprehended from the office of Vishwamitra India Parivar Company running in the house of Krishna Bhagat. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that nobody has complained against the petitioner. The petitioner is simply an employ of Vishwamitra India Parivar Company. No incriminating article was recovered from the possession of the petitioner. The petitioner is in jail since 20.01.2015.

Considering the facts aforesaid and the nature of allegation, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.10915 of 2015 (2) dt.18-03-2015 2/2 on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Katihar in connection with Barsoi P.S. Case No. 09 of 2015.
