The office was directed to issue direct notice to the appellants for engaging another advocate. Notices have already been validly served but nobody appeared. On 05.07.2016 it was directed that the appeal may be listed for hearing and liberty was granted to the appellants to either engage another advocate or may appear in person.

Today when the appeal is called on for hearing repeatedly neither the appellants appeared nor any advocate on their behalf appeared to press the appeal.
