The petitioners seek regular bail in a case registered under Section 302 and other sections of the Indian Penal Code. The informant named the petitioners along with four other persons and alleged that all the accused persons assaulted the husband of the informant and also put poisonous substance in his mouth.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the post mortem was held on 01.06.2012. The doctor has opined that the injuries found on the body of the deceased are five days old. On similar allegations, co-accused Damar Guro has already been enlarged on bail vide order passed in Cr. Misc. No. 45671/2014. Considering the fact that on same and similar

Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bagaha, West Champaran in Laukariya P.S. Case No. 47 of 2014.
