Petitioners seek bail in connection with Sultanganj P.S. Case No. 96 of 2019 registered under sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that petitioners have been falsely implicated in this case. Similarly situated co-accused has been granted bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this court vide order dated 23./10.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 57370 of 2019 (Annexure-2). Petitioners are in custody since 06.05.2019.

Case No. 96 of 2019, Sessions Trial No. 491 of 2019.
