Petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Ahiyapur P.S. Case No. 67 of 2020 registered for the offences under Sections 341, 323, 379, 498(A) and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the instant case. Further submission is that the dispute between the parties has been resolved through the process of mediation. The report of the mediator and the terms of settlement mutually agreed between the parties is kept at "Flag-M-1". Case No. 67 of 2020 subject to the conditions as laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
