1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.

2. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner had earlier moved before this Court seeking anticipatory bail by filing Cr. Misc. No. 51783 of 2025 and the same was permitted to be withdrawn after some argument. It is further submitted that this is the second anticipatory bail application of the petitioner.

3. After hearing the learned counsel for the parties, the Court is not inclined to entertain the second anticipatory bail application.

4. Hence, the second anticipatory bail application of the petitioner is rejected.
