The petitioner seeks regular bail in a case registered under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

Except the confessional statement of the co-accused Rajesh Bhagat, who has already been enlarged on bail vide order passed in Cr. Misc. No. 3766/2015, the police obtained the confessional statement of the petitioner but the petitioner was not put on T.I.P. and nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, East Champaran, Motihari in Pipra P.S.
