This application for regular bail arises out of Buddhuchak P.S. Case No. 10 of 2019, disclosing offences punishable under Section 366A of the Indian Penal Code. It is alleged in the First Information Report that the victim, a minor was found missing and subsequently the informant, the victim's daughter, learnt that she had eloped with the petitioner after having been induced by the petitioner to marry her.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner has submitted referring to the statement of the victim recorded under Section 164 of the Code of Criminal Procedure that she has not disclosed the petitioner's complicity.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.4655 of 2020(3) dt.28-05-2020 2/2 On perusal of the statement of the victim recorded under Section 164 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, I find substance in the submission made on behalf of the petitioner. This application is allowed.

Let the petitioner above-named be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned ACJM-XIII, Bhagalpur in Budduchak P.S. Case No. 10 of 2019.
