Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P for the State.

The petitioner seeks bail in Tarabari P.S. Case No. 28 of 2019, registered for the offence punishable under Section 304(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Earlier the bail application of petitioner was rejected vide order dated 24.10.2019. Vide order dated 28.07.2021, report was called for regarding the stage of trial and same has been received (kept at flag 'X'), which reveals that charge has already been framed and summons have been issued to witnesses on 01.04.2021 for producing witnesses.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.12822 of 2021(3) dt.08-09-2021 2/2 Considering the nature of accusation and stage of trial, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner above-named on bail. Accordingly, the same is rejected.
