The petitioner is languishing in custody since 11.08.2014 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 379 and 364 of the Indian Penal Code. It is alleged that someone hired the vehicle of the informant which was being driven by the father of the informant and thereafter he went traceless. Subsequently the mobile of the person who hired the vehicle was traced. The name of the petitioner sprang up on confession of Manoj Yadav. Subsequently the petitioner also confessed his guilt. No.5533 of 2015 (02) dt.13-02-2015 2/2 petitioner that except the confession before the police nothing has surfaced during investigation against the petitioner whereas the alleged mobile was registered in the name of Chhathu Prasad. Considering the suspicious nature of accusation, let the above named petitioner, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Sadar Motihari in connection with Trial No. 8078 of 2014 arising out of Motihari Town P.S. Case No. 514 of 2014.
