2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Sonepur P.S. Case No. 308 of 2020 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 304(B), 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The petitioner is the husband of the deceased.

4. It has been submitted by learned counsel fo rthe petitioner that the deceased died due to heart attack during Corona period. The petitioner is in jail since 13.07.2023.

5. Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties,

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.4840 of 2024(4) dt.26-04-2024 2/2 let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail, after framing of charge if charge has not already been framed, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saran at Chapra in connection with Sonepur P.S.
