The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Maker P.S. Case No. 145 of 2020 registered under Sections 30/30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. Further submission is that on perusal of seizure list, it is evident that the alleged recovery has been made behind the house of the petitioner. Petitioner has no concern with the alleged recovery and the land where the alleged recovery has been made.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the

No.12085 of 2021(2) dt.20-01-2022 2/2 event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Sessions Judge-II-cum-Special Judge, Excise, Saran at Chapra in connection with Maker P.S.
