=========================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 13-03-2015 The appeal is preferred by the plaintiffs in Title Suit No.46 of 1974/117 of 1974, on the file of the 3rd Additional Subordinate Judge, Arrah, District-Bhojpur. The suit was filed for declaration that the certificate sale dated 13.10.1967 issued under Certificate Case No.219 of 196061 was without any jurisdiction, and for consequential reliefs. The suit was opposed by the respondents. The trial court dismissed the suit through judgment dated 16.1.1978. In the appeal several adjournments were granted. The appellants, on the one hand, and the respondents, on the other hand, entered into a compromise
Patna High Court FA No.180 of 1978 dt.13-03-2015 2/2 and they filed a common application being I.A. No.1467/15 incorporating certain terms of compromise. A joint affidavit is also filed in that behalf. Learned counsel for the appellants submits that the parties have compromised the dispute at their volition.
