Petitioner is in jail custody since 5.1.2015 on the accusation that he got job on the basis of forged document. Submission on behalf of the petitioner is that, as a matter of fact, petitioner had given genuine certificate but someone made forged entry in the document of the petitioner with an intent to get the petitioner's termination from service.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jamui in Jamui P.S. Case no. 177/2013.
