Learned counsel for the Board submits that the said school is not recognized school rather it is a school, which is proposed to be recognized. According to him, there is a policy
Patna High Court CWJC No.5529 of 2017 (2) dt.20-04-2017 2/2 decision that students of such proposed school can be allowed to appear in Madhyama Examination through a recognized school. He submits that though last date of submission of application form has lapsed, the Board shall accept the examination form if it is submitted by 24.04.2017 from today.
In view of the fair stand taken on behalf of the Board, this application is disposed of. The application form will be submitted by 24.04.2017, the Board shall not object to it. (Chakradhari Sharan Singh, J) Vats/- U
