The petitioners have renewed their prayer for bail which was earlier rejected vide order dated 23.7.2014 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 30956 of 2014 on the ground that the case is still pending as it was earlier and there is no progress and as the petitioners are in custody since 31.3.2014 deserve sympathetic consideration to which the learned APP opposes. Considering the submissions urged at bar and noticing no good ground for reconsideration of prayer for bail of the petitioners, their prayer for bail is again rejected in connection with Kochas P.S. Case No. 36 of 2014.
