This is a petition for grant of regular bail for offences under Sections 304(B), 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioner is mother-in-law of the victim lady. There is allegation of demand of dowry and torture as well as commission of dowry death. The allegation is general and omnibus.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the husband of the deceased was acquitted by the trial court. Considering the aforesaid facts, the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the
