This application has been filed for modification of order dated 07.08.2019 passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No.49471 of 2019.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this Court vide order dated 07.08.2019 passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No.49471 of 2019, had granted anticipatory bail to this petitioner and directed her to surrender before the Court below within six weeks from the date of the order but, due to illness, the petitioner could not surrender before the Court below within the stipulated time, so this Court may grant further time to the petitioner to surrender before the court below.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.6581 of 2020(2) dt.29-01-2020 2/2 Looking to the aforesaid facts, eight weeks' further time is granted to the petitioner to surrender before the Court below.

Accordingly, the order dated 07.08.2019 passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No.49471 of 2019 is modified to the above extent.
