Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 414 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 25(1-b)a, 26, 35 of the Arms Act. A country made loaded pistol was recovered from possession of the petitioner. Petitioner is in custody since 21.09.2018. Investigation of the case is already complete. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail after framing of the charges or completion of two months of custody from today whichever is earlier on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Sahebganj Police Station Case No.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.4397 of 2019(3) dt.18-04-2019 2/2 344 of 2018, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
