2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Sono P.S. Case No. 157/2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 498(A)/304(B)/120(B)/201/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3⁄4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

3. The petitioner is the father-in-law of the deceased. General and omnibus allegations have been levelled against the petitioner.

4. The petitioner is in jail since 19.05.2023 and he has no criminal antecedent.

5. Considering the period of custody and also the fact that the petitioner has clean antecedent, let the petitioner above named be released on bail, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like
