2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Suhail P.S. Case No. 29 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 212 an 216 of the Indian Penal Code; Section 25(1-b)a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act and Sections 10, 13, 16, 17, 18, 18(A), 18(B), 19 and 20 of the U.A.P. Act.

3. The police arrested Kapil Bhuiya and Rajkumar Bharti who are naxals. They in their confessional statement said that country made rifle has been kept with the petitioner. The counter made rifle, cash of Rs. 7000/- and a mobile phone has been recovered from the petitioner. The petitioner is also accused in similar cases. He is in jail since 28.06.2023.

4. Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

5. Considering the nature of allegation, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
