Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the case of the petitioner is squarely covered by the order passed by this Court on 02.01.2019 in C.W.J.C. No. 9232 of 2017.

If that be so, then the petitioner, too, ought to be given the aforesaid concession of approaching the concerned

Patna High Court CWJC No.2042 of 2019(2) dt.06-02-2019 2/2 respondent for consideration of his case.

Let the petitioner represent before the concerned respondent within a period of four weeks from today along with a copy of this order as also the order passed in C.W.J.C. No. 9232 of 2017 which shall be considered by the concerned respondent within a period of six weeks thereafter by passing a reasoned order.

With the aforesaid observation / direction, this writ petition stands disposed off.
