The petitioner seeks bail in Araria P.S. Case No. 67 of 2014 registered under sections 420, 468, 471 of the Indian Penal Code The allegation against the petitioner is that he received Rs. 44700/- for distribution to the students under Poshak scheme.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioner is a teacher and after lodging the case the petitioner distributed the entire amount of Poshak scheme amongst the students. This fact has been noticed by the learned Sessions Judge in his order and the same has come in paragraph 5051 of the case diary.
