2. It has been intimated by Counsel for the State that Counsel for the petitioner is no more.
3. Learned Counsel for the State, on the other hand, submits that in this case counter affidavit has been filed. He submits that paragraph-5 of the counter affidavit indicates that grievance of the petitioner has been settled. In support thereof Annexure-B has been submitted, which is an affidavit on the non-judicial stamp on which the petitioner has indicated that after receiving the remuneration he is not interested to pursue this application.
4. In this view of the matter, this writ petition is
Patna High Court CWJC No.10442 of 2016(3) dt.08-07-2025 2/2 dismissed. However, liberty is hereby given to the petitioner that if petitioner has still some grievances then he may file fresh writ.
