Case No.117 of 2016 instituted for the offences under Sections 341, 323 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code & Section 27 of the Arms Act. The name of the petitioners is crept in the investigation, therefore, in the circumstances, where the petitioners are alleged to have used firearms in a public, the other accused petitioners namely Ajeet Kumar, Deo Kumar and

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.12585 of 2021(3) dt.11-01-2022 2/2 Rajeev Kumar are also alleged to have used firearm, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners. The same is accordingly dismissed.
