The petitioners seek bail in Bisfi P.S. Case No. 85 of 2014 registered under section 307 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code and 47(A) of the Excise Act. The informant raided the house of Chiranjeev Sahni and recovered liquor. It is alleged that he assaulted the informant and others. There is specific allegation against Prabhu Sahni, Sushil Sahni and Prayag Sahni and no specific allegation is made against the petitioners.

Considering the fact that no specific allegation is made against the petitioners, the above named petitioners are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.5483 of 2015 (2) dt.10-02-2015 2/2 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Madhubani in Bisfi P.S. Case No. 85 of 2014.
