JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 29-03-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The petitioner seeks bail in Aayar P.S.Case No.37 of 2016 registered under Section 392/34 of the I.P.C. Allegation in brief is that the informant was robbed of Rs.1,35,000/-by some unknown miscreants in the morning at 7.30. A.M. while he was going to purchase cattle. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that except confessional statement of the petitioner before the police given under coercion there is no material against him. Neither petitioner has been put on T.I.parade nor any incriminating article has been recovered from his possession. Moreover, charge sheet has been submitted in this case and he is

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Judicial Magistrate 1st class, Ara, in Aayar P.S. Case No.37 of 2016 with condition that he shall be physically present on each and every date before the trial court and on his absence on two consecutive dates his bail bond shall be liable to be cancelled.
