2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Sessions Trial No. 433 of 2022 arising out of Chainpur P.S. Case No. 126 of 2022 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 498A, 302, 304(B) and 328/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The petitioner is the husband of the deceased and he is alleged to have tortured the victim and killed her.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case. The petitioner is in jail since 06.08.2022 and the trial has started.

5. Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.5918 of 2024(2) dt.17-02-2024 2/2 prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

6. Considering the period of custody, this application is allowed.

7. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Sessions Judge-3rd Bhabua, Kaimur/ concerned Court in connection with Chainpur P.S. Case No. 126 of 2022, subject to the condition that the petitioner will co-operate in the trial.
