Petitioner is languishing in custody since 17.10.2014 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 25(1-B)a/26(2)/35 of the Arms act From the possession of petitioner country made loaded pistol and live cartridges were recovered. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that statement has been made in para-3 of the petition that petitioner has no criminal antecedent. It is further submitted that co-accused has also been granted bail vide Cr. Misc. No. 4138 of 2015.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioner, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.5381 of 2015 (2) dt.10-02-2015 amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Buxar in connection with Buxar (T) P.S. Case No. 482 of 2014.
