Petitioner seeks bail in Sakra P.S. Case No. 407 of 2013 registered under sections 406 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code. The allegation against the petitioner is that he is middle man and he illegally took money from Indira Awas beneficiaries. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent.
Considering the facts and nature of allegation made against the petitioner and the fact that the petitioner is in jail since 31.12.2014 and he is an old man of 73 years, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate,
