3. The petitioner has moved the Court for the following reliefs:
Patna High Court CWJC No.970 of 2019(7) dt.11-11-2020 2/2 "That the petitioner craves indulgence of this Hon'ble Court for issuance of an appropriate writ in the nature of Mandamus for commanding the respondents to give benefit of sixth pay revision with its consequential benefit."
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that his grievance stands redressed and he has been paid his entitled dues.
5. In view thereof, as nothing further remains in the writ petition, the same stands disposed off.
