2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in a case registered for the offence under Sections 363, 366-A, 380/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 8/12 of the POCSO Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, petitioner is accused of kidnapping the victim girl.

4. From the statement of the victim girl recorded under Section 164 of the Cr.P.C, it appears that the victim eloped with the petitioner and they both got married.

5. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, this application for regular bail is allowed.

6. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand)

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.4082 of 2024(3) dt.09-04-2024 2/2 with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Sessions Judge-VII-cum-Special Judge POCSO Act, West Champaran/concerned Court below in connection with Shikarpur P.S. Case No. 200 of 2023.
