200gm of ganja was recovered from the possession of the petitioner and for that petitioner is in jail since 21.11.2014.
Considering the fact that small quantity of ganja was recovered and for that petitioner has remained in jail for about four months, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional District and Sessions Judge, -cum-
