Petitioner happens to be husband of the informant and is languishing in jail custody since 16.9.2014.

Taking into consideration the above stated period of detention of the petitioner in jail custody as well as this aspect of the matter that no specific overt-act has been attributed against him, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Sub divisional Judicial Magistrate, Saharsa in Saharsa Mahila P.S. Case no. 09/2014.
