The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Bihar P.S.Case No.761 of 2019 registered for offences punishable under Sections 467, 468, 471, 419, 420/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner was arrested and there is recovery of several ATM Cards and other articles from him and the allegation against him is of helping the candidates in the constable recruitment examination.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that the articles recovered are not of the petitioner. He is in custody since 25.11.2019 and he is ready to co-operate in the investigation. Charge sheet has also been submitted as such

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned CJM, Nalanda at Biharsharif in connection with Bihar P.S.case No.761 of 2019 with condition to co-operate in the disposal of the trial. With the above direction, this application is allowed.
