2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in a case registered for the offence under Sections 384, 386, 506, 120B and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is said to have demanded extortion.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is in jail since long and whenever he is about to be released, he is remanded in a fresh case. In connection with the present case, the petitioner is in jail since 01.11.2023

5. Co-accused Vishal Kumar has been granted bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 80896 of 2023 dated 09.01.2024.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, this application for regular bail is allowed.

7. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M., Saran at Chapra/concerned Court below in connection with Sonpur (Hariharnath O.P.) P.S. Case No. 306 of 2023 subject to condition that:- 7(i). The petitioner will mark his attendance at the Hajipur Nagar Police Station, Vaishali on first, second, third and fourth Sunday of each month. Any default in appearance at the Police Station would result in cancellation of bail bond of the petitioner.
