Petitioner is in custody in connection with Akbarpur P.S. Case No. 125 of 2011 for the offence under sections 406, 409 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent. He further submits that with regard to financial transaction for manufacturing bricks in the year 1994-95 after seven long years, the FIR was lodged in 2011.

Learned counsel submits that one co-accused has been granted anticipatory bail in Cr. Misc. No. 31885 of 2015 and other two co-accused have been granted anticipatory bail by the court below itself.

Considering the aforesaid, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, let the petitioner, named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 50,000/- (Fifty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M., Nawada, in connection with Akbarpur P.S. Case No. 125 of 2011.
