The petitioner has preferred this application for grant of regular bail in a case registered under section 307 and other sections of the Indian Penal Code.

As per allegation in the FIR, the petitioner is stated to have assaulted the informant with the iron rod on his head. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the allegations as narrated in the FIR are false and incorrect. The same is not supported by the injury report. The differences between the parties have been settled. The petitioner is in custody since 16.9.2020 and investigation in the case has concluded.

Case no. 67 of 2020 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/ (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M.-VII, Gaya.
