JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 03-04-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. Earlier six weeks time was granted to the respondents by order dated 6.12.2017 to file counter affidavit but neither the grievance of the petitioner has been redressed nor counter affidavit has been filed on behalf of the respondentState. In the aforesaid circumstances, the Court is constrained to dispose of the writ petition with a direction to the respondent No. 2 Director, Secondary Education to dispose of the representation filed by the petitioner on 6.4.2015, as contained in Annexure-3 by a reasoned and speaking order within a maximum period of 60 days from the date of receipt production of a copy of this order.
