Accordingly, it is directed that the petitioner may file an appeal against the punishment order dated 15.11.2017 within a period of two weeks and in case such appeal is filed, the appellate authority shall dispose off the same within a period of four weeks thereafter by taking a sympathetic view since the petitioner has already retired from the services.
