The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence under Sections 25(1-b)a/26/35 of the Arms Act and Section 37(c) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act. As per the prosecution case, this petitioner was apprehended in drunken state and on search, two live cartridges have been recovered from his possession.

It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner and he is in custody since 02.09.2021. Investigation is complete. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition.

Considering the period of custody, the bail petition of petitioner is allowed. Let the above named petitioner be released
