Petitioner is not named in the first information report but in course of investigation, one black coloured Honda Shine motorcycle, which was looted property of Itarhi P.S. Case No. 54 of 2014, was recovered from the house of the petitioner. Admittedly, no looted article of the present case has been recovered from conscious possession of the petitioner and petitioner is in jail custody since 30.06.2014.
