Vide order dated 30.04.2015 three weeks time was allowed and again vide order dated 22.05.2015 the matter was adjourned to be listed after one week of annual vacation but today also no one has turned up to be substituted in place of sole appellant and, as such, in absence of appellant, this appeal cannot proceed and accordingly, this appeal is consigned to the records as abated.
