Petitioner is in jail custody since 09.05.2014 in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code.

Taking into consideration that petitioner is said to be main assailant, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail and hence, his prayer for bail in connection with Hussainganj P.S. Case No. 111 of 2014 pending in the court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Siwan stands rejected.
