Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 307, 504, 506/34 and 302 of the Indian Penal Code.

There is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioner and others to have committed murderous assault against the informant. Petitioner is in custody since 05.04.2018. Investigation of the case is already complete. Considering the general and omnibus nature of allegation, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Halasi Police Station Case No. 23 of 2018,
