The matter involved in the present writ application is no more res integra.
Similar issue was considered by this Court in C.W.J.C. No. 20607 of 2019 vide order order dated 15.10.2019. In order to maintain consistency, the writ petition is disposed of with similar terms of C.W.J.C. No. 20607 of 2019.
Patna High Court CWJC No.2609 of 2020(2) dt.20-02-2020 2/2 The relevant part of the order is quoted below for ready reference:- "The issue raised in the present writ application is legality and validity of the B.Ed. degree obtained from Jammu & Kashmir. The issue was set at rest by the Apex Court in SLA (C) No. 139 of 2015 vide judgment dated 18.01.2019.
In view of the judgment of the Apex Court, the respondents have also issued follow up notification recognizing the B.Ed degree obtained from the State of Jammu & Kashmir.
In view of the above, the writ petition is allowed. The respondents are directed to reconsider the case of the petitioners in the light of the decision of the Apex Court in SLA (C) No. 139 of 2015 and grant all consequential benefits at the earliest, preferably within a period of sixty days from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
With the aforesaid, the writ application stands disposed of."
