JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 24-03-2015 Petitioner is languishing in custody since 20.12.2014 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 307, 323, 324, 341, 384, 447, 504 of the I.P.C.

It is alleged that petitioner and Pawan Sadai assaulted with farsa on the head of the son of the informant though the injuries were found to be simple in nature. The police submitted charge-sheet under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 324, 341, 504 of the I.P.C but cognizance has also been taken under Sections 307, 324, 384, 447 of the I.P.C as there was accusation of demand of extortion.

A statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and there is counter version of the occurrence also.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.10991 of 2015 (2) dt.24-03-2015 2/2 petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned 1st Additional Sessions Judge, Madhubani in connection with Sessions Trial No. 44 of 2015, arising out of Pandaul P.S. Case No. 56 of 2013.
