The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Mithanpura P.S. Case No.272 of 2019 registered for offences under Sections 30(a) and 38(ii) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2018.

In view of the fact that the petitioner is the owner of the house and the occurrence has taken place in the room of his tenant, the application for anticipatory bail is allowed. Accordingly, let petitioner, above-named, in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the
