2. A perusal of the order sheet would show that in the order no.80 dated 16.12.2021, absence of appellant's counsel was recorded.

3. On 22.02.2023, another coordinate Bench also noticed the non-appearance of the appellant.

4. It was the same situation before the third coordinate Bench, when order no.83 dated 10.04.2023 was passed. It continued before the fourth coordinate Bench on 19.05.2023 and the fifth coordinate Bench on 03.07.2023.

5. As recorded above, there is no appearance on
